About Me

I’m Geeta Naidu, Founder and Principal Travel Advisor of ALLWays 2 Travel, a boutique agency dedicated to creating joyful, accessible adventures for families traveling with children who have disabilities. I hold a BA in International Studies and a minor in Hindi, and I blend academic insight with my lived experiences to design inclusive, sensory-friendly itineraries. My two sons—Aalam and Aarzu—inspired me to champion planning that honors pacing, routine, and autonomy for every traveler.

My path spans public service, diplomacy, and leadership in travel and the arts. I’ve worked as a Language Analyst for the U.S. Government and as a South Asia Travel Specialist for Red Lantern Journeys. Most recently, I served as Operations Director at Eastside Dance. I also guide Afsaana Dance Company as Artistic Director, choreographer, and dancer. I am currently a Fora Travel Advisor and loving it! Throughout it all, I’ve remained a devoted stay-at-home mom who leads with empathy, determination, and a steadfast commitment to family-centered travel.
